Need to Know

There are three trails in MHP. Scout, Yulee's, and the MHP Expressway. The typical loop is the start at the bottom of the park on the MHP expressway. You pick up the trailhead by heading around the bottom of the parks bottom softball field. The Expressway trailhead is along the fenceline near left field. Scout Trail comes out at Middle field. This loop takes MHP Expressway to Yulee's then Scout trail back. Total loop is around five miles of trail.

Description

The trails in Montgomery Hall Park are twisty turny fun. They are laid out in a way that if ride them fast, you are always on edge. Not much rock in there, so the only major technical challenges are the occasional log to hop and the twisty, and sometimes a little rooty corners.

History & Background

The trails which are maintained by both city staff and local cyclists, are usually always in great shape.
