This ride is a great out and back that takes you through the best drops, rocks and singletrack Reimer's has to offer. There are many ways to ride and session these closely-woven trails, but on this Featured Ride, we've strung together the trails so that you're going down the best drops—not up 'em! On this ride, direction of travel is key (generally counter clockwise).
Stay alert in the black trails as a few of the drops can sneak up on you! As with any new trail/ride... pre-ride, re-ride, then free-ride ;) !
$15 park entry fee per vehicle (CASH ONLY).

Park at the mountain biking trailhead parking lot. This is about 1.7 miles from the check-in station on the right side of the road. You can't miss it as there are well-marked park signs visible from the main road.
You'll see a very obvious and well-marked trailhead in the parking lot—jump on it and get going. All of the mountain bike trails at Reimer's start off at the same trailhead.
About a quarter of a mile into the ride you see the sign and intersection for the green (beginner), blue (intermediate), and black (advanced) trail split offs. Take the blue trail.
Stay on the blue trail until mile 2. At mile 2, the ride jumps into a section of black trail for about a mile before connecting back to the blue trail at mile 3.21.
From mile 3.2 to about mile 5.4, you'll be covering the blue trail. This part of the ride has long-ish, mild, descending downhill sections for catching speed and getting your legs and focus ready for the advanced black trails that follow.
At mile 5.4, you'll use a quick section of the multi-use trail to catch the west section of black trails. This is also a good bail out spot if you decide you've had enough or run short on time (just continue straight down hill on the multi-use trails and you'll be back at the parking lot in a snap).
You'll be on the advanced black trails from mile 5.4 to about mile 7.6. Once you are on the black trail sections, just allow the MTB Project mobile app
to guide you.
From mile 7.6 back to the parking lot (mile 8.1), you'll be following back the blue trails and easier multi-use trail to warm down.
Have fun !
